HOW TO WITHDRAW YOUR PF AMOUNT


Hi Friends,

Follow these simple steps to withdraw your PF amount.

Eligibility:

You are eligible for apply PF only after 60 days you relieved from your office/company.

These steps are only for who worked below 5 years in the company.

Activate UAN:

Go to:

http://uanmembers.epfoservices.in/

Click Activate your UAN:

UAN No. is mentioned in your salary slip.

Enter the details UAN No., Mobile No.,

Fill the PF no. in the select state field. You can find your PF No. in your salary slip.

Example: TN/48535/98655

Fill it 48535 in first field and 98655 in last field and leave the center field blank.

Fill other fields and Click  GET PIN.

You will get a PIN to your mobile number.

Set password for your UAN login.

Enter the PIN you received below and SUBMIT.

Now you have successfully activated your UAN login.


UPLOAD YOUR DOCUMENTS:

Login to your UAN portal

Go to PROFILE >>>KYC INFORMATION

Select the document name and enter the details and upload the scanned copy of the document.


You need to upload AADHAR CARD, PAN CARD and CANCELLED CHEQUE copies in this section.

The pan card and bank account details already uploaded by your previous employer without scanned copies. So update the details again with scanned copies. It will replace the old details.


(Note: When uploading cancelled cheque enter IFSC CODE as shown in the cheque).

After uploading the documents the status shows as PENDING. It will be get approved within  4 to 5 days.


FILL OUT FORMS:

You have to submit 3 types forms i.e FORM 19, FORM 10C, FORM 15G.

If you are experienced below 5 years, you need to submit FORM 15G two copies.

Edit the form with your information. Sample filled form below.

Now you have almost done 95% of work.

Attach 2 No. of PAN CARD xerox and 2 No. of AADHAR CARD xerox copies.  sign on the xerox copies.

Once again ensure below documents are ready with you to post to the PF office address.

FORM 15G (2 copies)
Cancelled cheque leaf (original)
2 Pan card xerox copies
2 aadhar card xerox copies
self declaration form

Finally attach all the documents in the postal cover and post to the below address.

You will get sms from EPFO after 20-25 days. After that you will get your PF amount within two weeks of time.

BABY FLOWERHORN GROWING TIPS

I bought this srd flowerhorn  baby on jan 7th 2016.

After 20 days, the fish grown like below. I feed 3 times a day. I am using okiko platinum head huncher flowerhorn food. It gives good results and I recommend this food to my friends also.

On feb 13th, the fish grows little bigger and the hump slightly visible on its head. I feed meat weekly once.

On mar 5th the hump developed well and size and colors also.. It is very active and looks attractive.

My suggestions:

Keep water quality good.
Change the 30% water every week.
Do not over feed the flowerhorn.
Keep a regular feeding time.

TIME PERIOD TO GET PASSPORT IN NORMAL MODE AT COIMBATORE, TAMILNADU...

Hi Friends, I would like to share my experience about getting the passport in normal mode in Coimbatore.

 I applied for appointment through online on jan 23rd 2016, and my appointment scheduled on jan 25th.

Then I completed the document verification on jan 25th at the passport office and the day itself i got an SMS "police verification has been intiated." (within 30 minutes the document verification done in the passport office. Good service by the staffs.)

After the document verification I got passport file number. I checked the file status on the internet using that passport file number. It shows "pending for physical police verification under respective dhana/urban...etc..,"

After 12 days I went for the police verification in my area local police station.

On Feb 18th, the status changed like "Your physical police verification report has been submitted to the commissioner office.,"

On Feb 19th, The status changed that, the file has been submitted to passport regional office and printing process has been initiated.

On Feb 22nd the status changed to "printing process has been completed and the passport has been dispatched to the courier and tracking no. is ...xxxx"

The next day I received the passport from the speed post.
